Vectus provides a software tool that detects potential customer-facing commitments and surfaces advisory risk signals.

Vectus does not guarantee accuracy, completion, or outcomes.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You are responsible for all actions taken based on the Service
  • You will not rely on the Service as the sole source of truth
  • You have the right to connect any third-party services you authorize

Vectus does not replace human judgment, task management systems, or contractual obligations.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the Service
  • Interfere with system integrity or security
  • Use the Service to monitor individuals without appropriate authorization

4. AI Limitations and Disclaimers

You acknowledge that:

  • The Service may produce false positives or false negatives
  • Outputs are probabilistic and context-dependent
  • Silence detection and risk signals are heuristic, not guarantees

Vectus is not liable for missed commitments, business losses, or decisions made based on the Service.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees (if applicable) are described in your subscription plan or agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your data.

Vectus receives a limited license to process data solely to provide the Service.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time.

Vectus may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

VECTUS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST REVENUE OR DATA.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
